The Most Important Aspects of a Website

You have decided on your niche and are wondering how to build the basics of a website. This will be called your “Web Presence”. You will then need a “hosting”. This is the place that stores your website and basically manages it so that people can visit your website.

All the following points are essential so that you have a great quality website.

  • Website Build and Load Time: If your website takes more than three seconds to load you will lose almost half of your visitors. You must therefore ensure you have great hosting.
  • A professional Design and Look: This is just as important as load time. If your site doesn’t impress as soon as it loads then people will not go any further. The initial “wow” factor must be there.
  • Ease of Navigation: If you are searching through a site and links don’t work or they don’t send you to where they are supposed to go you will lose customers immediately. The same goes for pop up ads. If a page is full of them, then the customer will lose interest straight away and go elsewhere.
  • Content Management System (CMS): This is software that helps users create, manage, and modify content on a website without specialist technical knowledge. You will be producing Posts and Pages that through time will need to be updated. This is easy to do with a CMS.

Quality Website Content: You may think you are building a fantastic site but it is always good to get a second opinion. A forum where you can ask questions and advice on your product / website is essential. If you manage to fulfill all the above you will have a fantastic and hopefully profitable website. In order to do this you need a platform to help you along this road. I would definitely recommend WordPress. You can start by building your FREE WordPress website NOW by entering a domain in the box below……….

  1. I am about to make a website and I find reading your article is the best thing that happened to me at this time. In beginning everything is new and everything is hard, but l am sure, it’s a question of time when that will become routine after l start making it. Hosting provider is very important. After choosing that, theme can be also difficult to choose. All at all, if you don’t choose right niche, there will be no success.

    • Choosing the right niche is the most important factor of affiliate marketing. It needs to be something you are interested in and not money orientated. We could all try and sell grand pianos for thousands of pounds where just a few sales could set you up financially very well. However, how much do you know about grand pianos? Could you write one hundred blogs on grand pianos? I know I couldn’t, and I would get bored of that niche very quickly.

I own two dogs and my wife is a dog groomer. One of my sites is purely about this. It is an interest and something I can write endlessly about. I am not earning mega bucks, but slowly and surely the business is building and I am happy with it. I will not get bored with it so it has the potential to grow and grow. That is what affiliate marketing is all about.
